The tilted frosted glass shade catches the light in a way that makes the whole room feel softer, and the bronze stem has a nice warm glow to it. It’s surprisingly stable on the marble base, so it doesn’t wobble on my nightstand at all. Exactly the kind of subtle statement piece I was hoping for.
The marble base has some real heft to it, which keeps the whole thing stable even on my wobbly nightstand. The tilted shade throws light at a nice angle for reading, though I do wish the bronze stem were a touch taller to match my other lamps. Solid lamp for the price.
