The brass sockets give it such a classy look even during the day, and the WeatherTite cables feel genuinely heavy-duty in hand. Plugged them in last night, and the light output was warm and even across the whole string. Exactly what I needed for the patio.
I was skeptical about spending extra on “commercial-grade,” but these cables really do feel thicker and tougher than any string lights I’ve owned. Plugged them in along the patio and they’ve held up through two rainstorms without a flicker.
